You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting our support team. After that window, orders enter our fulfilment process and changes may not be possible.

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery is available for 1–2 business day shipping. Delivery times may vary during peak periods and sales events.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75. For orders under €75, a flat rate of €4.95 applies. Express shipping is available for €9.95 regardless of order value.

Currently we ship within the EU. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Sale items can be returned for store credit.

Log into your account, go to your order history and select "Request Return" on the relevant order. You'll receive a prepaid return label by email. Simply pack the item and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

Once we receive your return, it takes 2–3 business days to inspect and process. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Yes. If you'd like a different size or colour, select "Exchange" when requesting your return. We'll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your original item, subject to stock availability.

If you receive a faulty or defective item, contact us immediately with photos and a description of the issue. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
